1. What you're buying. A monthly membership to the Prinspreneurs platform: the 10-stage system, templates, dashboard, community and, on the Coaching tier, weekly 1:1 calls. You pay per month and can cancel anytime; access runs until the end of your paid period.

2. Your content stays yours. Everything you build with the system, your business, brand, templates you fill in, is 100% yours. We claim nothing.

3. Our content stays ours. Stage documents, templates and videos are licensed to you personally. Sharing, copying or reselling them outside the platform is not permitted and ends your membership. If it causes us damage, we can hold you responsible for it. The reader shows your account name on every page.

4. No income promises. We give you the system, the structure and the guidance. Results depend on your work. Anyone promising guaranteed income is lying to you, and we won't.

5. Community rules apply. The community rules you accept on joining are part of these terms. Breaking them can mean removal.

6. Founding member pricing. Your price is locked for as long as your membership stays active. Cancel and rejoin later, and the then-current price applies.

7. Your 14-day right of withdrawal. You can withdraw from a membership or a paid call purchase within 14 days of buying it, without giving a reason. Use the "Withdraw from contract here" button on your account page, or email support@prinspreneurs.com. You get a confirmation by email and a full refund within 14 days, on the payment method you used. A membership stops when you withdraw. For paid calls, you ask at checkout for your calls to take place within the 14 days: a call that has already taken place can't be withdrawn from, and you get the money back for the calls that haven't happened yet. This comes on top of our 30-day money-back promise.

We want to help you start a business. If you join and decide this way is not for you, all good.

After 30 days, you can still cancel anytime; your access simply runs to the end of the paid month.

This one is for the members who do the work.

If you complete all 10 stages, do the assignments, and after a full year of membership you have not made a single euro of revenue, you get a free 1:1 call with Naud to diagnose and fix your business. We look at what you built, find what's broken, and make a plan.

The condition is honest effort: finished stages and completed assignments, tracked right on your dashboard. We don't leave builders stuck. We also don't reward blank templates.

What we collect: your account details, progress data, and what you post in the community. That's it: no selling data, no shady trackers.

What we use it for: running your dashboard, your progress, your community access, and emailing you things you asked for.
